30-day free returns

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Refund is emitted after reception and inspection of the returned article(s)

  • Some items may not be eligible for our return policy.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  • Securely pack the item(s) in the original shipping carton, with the packaging and packing slip.

  • Take the package(s) to the mentioned drop point or bring it to our workshop located at 2590, blvd Industriel in Chambly.

  • Please allow a delay for our team to inspect and process your returned package(s).

TERMS OF THE RÉMORA CO. RETURN POLICY

  • Returns and refunds are only available on items purchased directly from Rémora Co.

  • For items not purchased directly from us, please contact the seller directly to review its return policy and procedure.

  • Items must be returned within *** days of delivery date, in mint condition, with the packing slip, in original packaging, and with all included accessories, unless mentioned otherwise.

  • Restocking fee of 10% for any exchange or return not covered by our warranty

  • Free shipping: Rémora Co. will provide a prepaid shipping label for all Rémora Co. returns.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • A refund will be issued to the credit card issuing bank within a couple of days of reception of the returned package(s). Please contact the card-issuing bank if you have any questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

    • Fiamma or Thule awnings

    • Thule cargo boxes
