Securely pack the item(s) in the original shipping carton, with the packaging and packing slip.

Take the package(s) to the mentioned drop point or bring it to our workshop located at 2590, blvd Industriel in Chambly.

Please allow a delay for our team to inspect and process your returned package(s).

Returns and refunds are only available on items purchased directly from Rémora Co.
For items not purchased directly from us, please contact the seller directly to review its return policy and procedure.
Items must be returned within *** days of delivery date, in mint condition, with the packing slip, in original packaging, and with all included accessories, unless mentioned otherwise.
Restocking fee of 10% for any exchange or return not covered by our warranty
Free shipping: Rémora Co. will provide a prepaid shipping label for all Rémora Co. returns.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
A refund will be issued to the credit card issuing bank within a couple of days of reception of the returned package(s). Please contact the card-issuing bank if you have any questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
